Mason Owen Financial Services Limited (MOFS), the highly respected Chartered independent insurance broker with offices in Liverpool and Norwich, is pleased to announce that it has joined Adler Fairways Insurance Group, one of the UK’s leading independent insurance broking groups.

The partnership marks an exciting new chapter for MOFS, combining its established reputation, specialist expertise and client-focused approach with the scale, resources, and market strength of Adler Fairways.

Importantly, MOFS will continue to trade under its existing name, with no changes to its Liverpool and Norwich operations. Clients will continue to be supported by the same trusted team with a commitment to the personal, professional service that has been at the heart of the business since it was founded in 1999

As part of Adler Fairways, MOFS clients will benefit from enhanced access to insurer markets, broader specialist expertise, and additional resources to help meet the evolving risks and challenges facing businesses today.

The partnership reinforces both organisations’ commitment to delivering independent advice, maintaining the highest professional standards, and investing in long-term relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurer partners.

Adler Fairways brings more than 40 years of industry experience with a network of 14 offices across the UK. Its partnership with MOFS will see it operating in the North of England for the first time, supporting its strategy plans for further expansion throughout the UK. MOFS brings a particular expertise in property and legal indemnity insurance to the group, further enhancing its service offering.

Andrew Gibbons, who led the management buy-out of MOFS from Mason Owen & Partners in 2022, will now take the role of Regional Director for the North of England, Scotland and East Anglia , and Keith Burn will take responsibility as Branch Director for the Liverpool headquarters.
