Alex Bielinski Cert CII
Head of Legal Indemnities

Alex has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, the past 13 in the Legal Indemnity market. Formerly at First Title, before heading up the legal indemnity team at MOFS in 2009 (with promotion to Partner in 2014), Alex can provide advice for all legal indemnity risks and has particular expertise arranging Rights to Light and Title Insurance for large portfolios, having assisted clients with a total Portfolio value in excess of £3bn in the past two years alone. Alex is currently in his second year as chairman of the Regional BIBA Committee and is Cert CII qualified.

Andrea Gibbons LLB (Hons) Cert CII
Solicitor

Prior to joining MOFS in 2014, Andrea had worked for 23 years as a Solicitor in private practice specialising in commercial conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters. As such, she is able to assist and advise on all enquiries, but tends to handle development enquiries, Rights to Light, and products for the Renewables industry. Andrea qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and is Cert CII qualified.

Daniella Stefani LLB (Hons) Cert CII
Solicitor

Daniella joined MOFS in 2015, prior to which she had worked for over 18 years as a Solicitor in private practice, specialising in latter years in commercial conveyancing and landlord and tenant matters. Daniella therefore has the experience and expertise to assist clients with all enquiries, but tends to handle development enquiries and products for the Renewables industry. Daniella qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and is Cert CII qualified.

Sam Gosney BA (Hons) Cert CII
Regional Development Executive

Sam previously worked in the Fine Art trade, and moved into insurance in 2014. Through his role as Regional Development Executive, he is based in the South of England and so perfectly placed to assist clients across the region with all enquiries ranging from residential risks to complex high-value commercial developments. In 2016, Sam was named ‘Industry Rising Star’ by Insurance Business UK. Sam is Cert CII qualified and is currently working towards his Dip CII.

Fraser Bell Dip CII
Senior Account Executive

Fraser has worked in the industry for over 17 years, formerly as an underwriter at Norwich Union. Fraser specialises in development risks with particular expertise in Mines & Minerals and Judicial Review cases, though with over 10 years’ experience within Legal Indemnities, he can assist and advise across a whole spectrum of enquiries. Fraser is Dip CII qualified.

Jenny Turberville Cert CII
Senior Account Executive

With over 18 Years’ experience in the industry – 15 of those in Legal Indemnities – Jenny is able to handle every type of enquiry, residential or commercial, from simple conveyancing risks to complex redevelopments. As well as assisting clients with Title risks, Jenny is also able to advise on Probate and Wills matters. She is Cert CII qualified.

Alice Moore
Account Executive

Alice joined MOFS in 2013 as an apprentice from Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, and has established herself as an extremely helpful and knowledgeable broker, capable of assisting clients across the board. Alice deals mostly with residential risks, but can offer her expertise to clients with commercial enquiries and is also able to offer advice on Probate & Wills products. Alice is currently studying for her Cert CII.

Tom Seagraves
Broking Assistant

Tom is the newest member of our team, having joined as an apprentice from Liverpool Chamber of Commerce. Tom can handle all residential risks and runs our delegated authority system, as well as assisting clients with Probate & Wills enquiries. He is currently studying for his Cert CII.
