The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 is came into effect on 1st October 2006, replacing most current fire safety legislation. Royal & Sun Alliance have recently isseud an informative circular that may be of interest to individuals and businesses alike.
NB: This Order does not apply to private homes/ residences (including individual flats in a block or house).
